Fruit Tart

Pre-heat you oven to 350 1 Stick of Butter ½ cup of Pamela’s Pancake Mix ½ cup & 2 tablespoons of sugar App. 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 banana 3 small plums ½ nectarine You can substitute any of these fruits with, pineapple, strawberries, peaches and so on... First put the butter in a small bowl and mash till it is in small pieces. Add the Pamela’s Baking Mix, sugar and cinnamon then mash. When the mixture is all combined and smooth with no lumps, place in pie dish and press till it is evenly covering the whole dish. If the crust is starting to get mushy and hard to work with, stick it in the freezer for a few minutes. Take it out and make changes if necessary. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon on the bottom and sides of the tart crust. Go around with a fork and poke holes every inch on the sides and bottom of the crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15–20 minutes till lightly brown! The tart crust may start to bubble and puff up, that’s ok, when you take it out it will sink back down! Take the crust out and let it cool for a few seconds so you don’t burn yourself! After it has cooled start placing the fruit around the tart crust! Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of sugar on top of the fruit! Place in the oven again for 10-15 minutes (until the juices have come out of the fruit, the bananas are slightly brown and the fruit is warm to the touch!) Serve with a dollop of whipped cream! TIP: you may need a spoon or a spatula to get it out of the pan!
